To achieve fitness one need not hit the gym. One can always opt for any sport: yoga, jog, swimming and much more. The idea is to do something that not only burns calories but relieves stress as well.

I’m doing four hours of gymnastics training a day, six days a week and then an extra two to three hours in a fitness center as well.

I train Monday through Saturday. I usually have fitness training for 90 minutes, then I’m on the tennis court for 3 to 4 hours.
